  • To stop soil erosion in this Bolivian region through the planting of native species and contribute to the generation of oxygen, in order to mitigate the effects of global warming.
  • Improve the quality of life of the local population.
  • Raise awareness of environmental care and water sources.

• Direct beneficiaries: farmers of the Cotagaita river basin
  
• Total budget (1st stage): 3.894 €
  
• GAM asbl funding (1st stage): 2.298 € (59%)

Integration of battered women in the workforce

• Location: Cochabamba
• Year: 2015
• Objectives:
  • The project, set up mainly by volunteers, aimed to bring together women who have suffered from domestic violence and organize them into working groups.
  • This was done through the establishment of training in the field of selling agricultural products and the establishment of markets necessary for the community. ​
