Thank you to the volunteers... Thank you to the members of GAM asbl

The year 2024 is drawing to a close with great success for our association, and this is thanks to our volunteers and members. All the projects we have supported have been very successful, thanks to all of you.

The beneficiaries of the projects and our partners in Asia, Latin America and Africa are touched by our follow-up, our support and our interest in the empowerment of women, the schooling of children, the setting up of the necessary structures as well as all the support given to the local committees, so essential and important for the future of the villages and their populations. This partnership is fundamental for all of us.

The GAM's annual dinner on 14 December went off without a hitch. It was the first time we'd held it on that date, and I'd like to thank you all for coming in such large numbers, as the funds raised will go towards next year's projects.

The 7 projects presented by the local committees in Cambodia, Bolivia, Ecuador and Kenya for 2025 were selected by the GAM asbl Board on Tuesday 10 December, and the choices were made unanimously.

Dear friends, in 2025 we will be asking you, among other things, to continue sponsoring the schooling of 20 children aged 3 to 15 in Cambodia. The impact in the region and the sound management of the project mean that we must continue, so please do not hesitate to contact us for more information. The friends of the Finistère community in the centre of Brussels are already ready to support the schooling of five children.

On the eve of the annual dinner of GAM asbl we received some good news: the community of Jésus Travailleur and the community of Finistère have carried out actions enabling them to contribute €3,000 to GAM asbl for their projects; many thanks to you all.
