THE BRUSSELS 20 KM: THE GAM TEAM
​Our team GAM enjoyed great success at the 46th Brussels 20 km race. All team members completed the race and crossed the finish line after putting in a tremendous effort, but were delighted to have finished and to have run for GAM asbl. We’d like to thank them for their hard work. See you on 20 May 2027 at the starting line! The team members have resumed training. GAM ASBL VOLUNTEERS’ LUNCH: 2 MAY 2026 
​On 2 May, once again this spring, we brought our volunteers together for the traditional lunch organised by GAM asbl to thank them for their collaboration and unconditional support for the association throughout the year. It was a very moving occasion, filled with a sense of community and solidarity. Volunteers are essential to GAM’s progress and the development of its projects. They are the ones who ensure the success of the association’s activities and its positive outcomes. To all of them, thank you once again for your cooperation and hard work!

SPANISH CHARITY ‘TARDEO’: 9 MAY 2026
​In May, GAM asbl organised a new fundraising event for its 2027 projects: a Spanish-themed charity ‘tardeo’. It was the first time the event had been held and it was once again a great success. We had a wonderful, lively crowd who enjoyed the relaxed, charity-focused atmosphere. There was a small barbecue, dancing… and a brilliant karaoke session which was a real hit with those who attended. Given the positive results and public demand, we plan to organise a second charity ‘tardeo’ on 12 September 2026. We’ll keep you updated via our newsletter and GAM asbl’s social media channels.

FOOTFEST 2026
​The Parents’ Association (APEEE) of the European School of Woluwe approved funding for the project submitted by GAM asbl in response to the 2026 call for proposals. As a result, GAM asbl had a stand at FOOTFEST 2026, the school’s annual festival, with the aim of raising awareness of the association and the selected project. Children of all ages visited our stand, both to find out more about GAM asbl and to help raise funds for these projects by purchasing GAM promotional merchandise and bags of sweets, which were a big hit with the little ones. Many thanks once again to the APEEE of the European School of Woluwe for this initiative and for supporting GAM and its projects.
